Introductory Call
In this 15 minute Zoom meeting, we’ll discuss what you’re looking to achieve and get to know each other a bit to see if we’re a good fit to work together.
Email Estimate
Based on our introduction call, we’ll follow up (via email) with a rough ballpark on price and timeline for your project based on past experience and what you’re trying to achieve. You can then decide if you’d like to continue the conversation with no strings attached.
Website Workshop
We’ll schedule an in-depth project discovery call to go over all the specifics and details about your project so we can determine the necessary functionalities, scope, structure, assets, legal requirements, and key performance indicators that will make your project successful. Think of this as a blueprint to your new website.
Proposal
With the roadmap for your project outlined from our workshop call, we’ll provide you with a detailed proposal that includes all the deliverables and scope of work, along with a price and timeline for completion.
Design & Development
Our design and development process is carefully planned but still flexible, making sure you're involved every step of the way. We promise to keep things clear and transparent, giving you regular updates and plenty of chances to share your thoughts. Expect weekly progress reports at a minimum, but we'll probably chat even more often than that, with several discussions throughout the week. This way, we stay perfectly in sync with your vision and can make quick adjustments to keep everything on track to hit our goals.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Once you give us the green light on all the deliverables, we'll dive into our thorough testing and quality assurance phase. We'll put your project through a series of rigorous tests to make sure everything is up to our high standards and works perfectly, making sure your project is a success.
Training & Hand-Off
Once your website is ready, and the final balance has been paid — we’ll get your website live on your domain. After it’s published, we’ll schedule a call to ensure you have all the training you need. You’ll also have 30-days to make revisions or changes.
